Congratulations to Jay for graduating HS

We all had the opportunity to get together for Jay's graduation last month so we are not meeting this year, but I am still hoping to put something together for next year. This has been a busy summer. Lynn's dad is in a nursing home and we have been in loop quite a bit for care. I have been taking grad. classes, selling insurance and working on some projects for the leadership department at our school.

Please keep in touch.

You should not have to do anything special to post on this BLOG.

Parris family re-union

Hello family,

At Pam's request I am creating this blog to initiate discussion about a family re-union.

Since I saw some of you at Matthew's wedding much has happened.
Carolyn got married to Derrick Fell who had been living in our home and very sick with Lymes disease. He is getting better and in a short civil ceremony they were married in September.
Lynn received her teaching certification this month. After a year of hard work and student teaching this is quite an accomplishment.
Kristin, Trey and my grandson Judah will not be joining us for thanksgiving. We are sharing them with Trey's relatives this holiday. :-(
Noele and Dan just got back from exploring Dan's roots with his parents in China. They still live walking distance away from us.
Leo got a new job at an expensive restaurant in West Chester. He is living on campus and not home for Thanksgiving.
Lynn's parents will be joining the rest of us and we have invited a visitor from Sierra Leon.

Well that is enough of my imediate family news. How are all of you?

I am extremely proud of the heritage that we all share. Our mom is a hero in my life as she is for all of us. It is my hope that you will include ideas and date here for us to connect this spring or summer.

Warm Little Brother Regards,

Pat
